On-Campus Facilities Available for Participants

Banking & ATM Services:

  • A fully functional branch of Dhanlaxmi Bank operates right on campus, complete with a 24-hour ATM for your cash withdrawal needs.
  • 24-hour SBI and ICICI ATMs are also available on campus

24/7 Medical Care:

  • The on-campus Amrita Dispensary provides round-the-clock medical attention, complete with a basic pharmacy, essential diagnostic equipment, and emergency ambulances on standby.

Campus Utilities:

  • The central utility complex houses a general store for daily essentials and stationery.
  • There are also high-speed photocopying/printing centres, and laundry services.
  • Dedicated canteens for coffee/snacks.

Connectivity & Wi-Fi

  • High-speed internet infrastructure spans the primary academic and conference halls. Temporary Wi-Fi access credentials for delegates can be collected at the conference registration desk.

Round-the-Clock Security

  • The university offers comprehensive, 24/7 on-campus security surveillance. Main entry gates, academic blocks, and residential areas are continuously monitored by the campus security personnel to ensure complete safety for all delegates.

Note on Food & Dining:

  • The area immediately surrounding the university campus has a very limited selection of local restaurants and external dining options.
  • Food delivery services like Swiggy and Zomato are strictly prohibited from entering past the main university campus gates. All orders must be collected directly at the main entrance.
  • Alongside the COMPUTE dining options, the on-campus canteens offer a convenient and flavorful dining experience, serving as the most reliable meal option for visitors and participants during their time on campus.

Zero-Tolerance Substance Policy

  • To maintain a healthy educational environment, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is designated a tobacco-free and alcohol-free campus. Visitors and delegates are kindly requested to note that smoking, vaping, and the possession or consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited on all university properties. Similarly, the possession or use of any illicit substances under statutory laws is entirely barred.
