General Guidelines
- Kindly ensure bookings are made in advance to secure your accommodation as December is both a holiday season and a conference season.
- Cab/Auto numbers will be provided to help with commute from place-of-stay to IIT Ropar campus.
- Please complete this Accommodation Form once your booking is confirmed. This will help us provide timely assistance if needed and maintain accurate records.
- A lot of food options are available on the IIT Ropar Campus.

1) On-Campus (at IIT Ropar)
Please Note: On-campus accommodations are available only from 6th December 2025 to 10th December 2025. If you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, you will have to make your own independent arrangements for those extra days.
