Call for Sponsorship

Since 2018, COMPUTE has been the flagship education symposium of ACM India, wholly devoted to computer science education in the country and elsewhere.  It has seen a consistent attendance each year of approximately 150 participants, including academicians, industry researchers, policymakers, and research students. The 2020 and 2021 editions were held online, but that did not diminish the conference participation. The 2022 edition at Manipal University Jaipur was hybrid. The 2023 edition at the University of Hyderabad, and the 2024 edition at IIT Gandhinagar were fully offline.

COMPUTE 2025 is the eighth edition of the series and is planned to be held from Dec 7 to 9, 2025, at IIT Ropar.  COMPUTE 2025 is being organized under the aegis of the iSIGCSE (India Chapter of Special Interest Group on CS Education) in cooperation with ACM and SIGCSE.

We have received confirmation from the following people to deliver keynotes at COMPUTE 2025 –

  3. Maria Mercedes T. Rodrigo Professor, Ateneo de Manila University

We solicit your support and financial assistance. Organizing COMPUTE 2025 incurs substantial monetary expenses. The registration fees cover a part of this. The target attendees of COMPUTE are the faculty members and students from tier 2 and tier 3 colleges and universities in India. Hence, to keep the registration affordable, we need additional funds. For the last five years, ACM India has kindly supported COMPUTE to help it grow. We are approaching industry and academic institutes to sponsor this year’s COMPUTE  and also look forward to support in the future.
